Each slab feeds 3 to 5 people.

PORK SANDWICH PARTY:
A generous "heaping" serving of pulled pork ready for a fresh bun with delicious sauce,.
Your choice of 2 side dishes.
Your choice of iced tea, lemonade.

BBQ MEAL SPECIALS (Minimum 25 guests)

CATAMARAN:
Your choice of 2 meats, 2 side dishes, bread, sauce, and paper ware.

TRIMARAN:
Choice of 3 meats, two side dishes, bread, sauce, and paper ware.

GULF RIG:
Your choice of 4 meats, three sides, bread, sauce, and paper ware.

BEACH OR BACKYARD SPECIAL:
All American hot dogs and hamburgers with baked beans, chips, and all the fixin's including your choice of iced tea or lemonade.

Church and Civic groups have found "Boston Butt" and "Smoked Turkey" fund raisers to be a popular source for generating funds for their organizations.

We will work with you to provide a quality product, on time, to your organization.
